1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the q9play online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through https://q9play.app (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By registering an account on q9play, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and q9play.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use q9play, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by q9play.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of q9play, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. q9play reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on q9play at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. q9play will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify q9play immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. q9play recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication features.

Account Verification (KYC)

q9play operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making withdrawals or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on q9play are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select card networks. Available payment methods may change from time to time at q9play's discretion.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your q9play account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. q9play does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on q9play, is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be processed within one (1) to five (5) business days depending on the payment method selected. q9play reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. q9play reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

q9play offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all q9play promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• q9play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play, collusion, or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• q9play's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the q9play Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

q9play uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, q9play reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the player's account. The Company's decision in such circumstances is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. q9play reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q9play Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to q9play support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling as intended.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the q9play Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of q9play or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of q9play.

9. Privacy & Data

q9play collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at q9play Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

q9play implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and q9play cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q9play, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

q9play's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. q9play makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Termination

q9play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon termination for cause, q9play reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting q9play customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

q9play operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and supports the responsible gaming guidelines promoted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13. Amendments to These Terms

q9play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, q9play will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
